These terms govern use of bks.events and the event information published by BKS Events.

2. Website information

We aim to keep event dates, venues, prices, performers, schedules, admission conditions and contact details accurate. Event information may be updated when production circumstances change. The current event page and the authorised ticket provider show the latest applicable information.

3. Tickets and reservations

Tickets may be sold by independent ticketing providers such as Paysera or Eventim. The purchase contract, payment processing, refund rules and ticket delivery are also governed by the selected provider's checkout terms. Reservations made by telephone are confirmed only when the relevant event or venue representative expressly accepts them.

4. Admission and event rules

Admission rules, including age eligibility, required declarations, opening hours and venue-specific conditions, are stated on the relevant event page or ticket. Different BKS events may be all ages, allow attendees under 18 subject to conditions, or be restricted to adults. Users must follow venue safety rules and lawful instructions from event personnel.

5. Changes and cancellation

Artists, schedules and production details may change for reasons beyond reasonable control. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, ticket-holder remedies are determined by applicable law and the authorised ticket provider's terms.

6. Intellectual property

The BKS Events brand, designs, text, photography, video and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be commercially reproduced, distributed or altered without written permission, except where the law expressly allows it.

7. External services

This website may link to ticket providers, venues, social platforms, maps or embedded media. Those services are operated independently and apply their own terms and privacy notices.

8. Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Disputes should first be raised with us through the contact details above.
