This policy explains how TEHNOKRAT 2025 EOOD processes personal data in connection with the BKS Events website and its own event activities.

2. Data we may process

• Contact information and correspondence when you email or call us.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and requested pages.
• Advertising and measurement information where an event page uses approved analytics or advertising technologies.
• Aggregate campaign and ticket-sale information used to evaluate our own events. Ticket providers process payment and ticket-holder data under their own notices.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, operate and secure the website, organise and promote BKS events, measure campaign effectiveness, comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. Depending on the activity, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent where required.

4. Recipients and service providers

We may use hosting, security, communications, ticketing, analytics and advertising providers when necessary to operate the website and our events. Examples may include Cloudflare, Paysera, Eventim, Meta and TikTok where their services are enabled. Each third party processes data according to its role and applicable terms.

Some technology providers may process data outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, accounting requirements, dispute handling and security. We do not intentionally request personal information from children through a registration form on this website. Admission and age conditions differ by event and are stated on the relevant event page and ticket terms. A label such as concert, club or festival does not by itself determine age eligibility.
